Delivery and Returns

At CollabCubed we aim to offer a reliable delivery service. Goods are sent via USPS Priority Mail. As parcels are sent with USPS we cannot specify a time of delivery nor can you request any special instructions. If an item is sent to an address that you specified when ordering which turns out to be incorrect, we are not liable if this item does not reach you collabcubed cannot be accountable for any delays incurred whilst in transit with USPS. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will not be handled until the next working day.

Please contact us as soon as you can with any problems. We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied we cannot refund the purchase price. If an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@collabcubed.com and we will rectify the situation.

Foreign deliveries vary and delays may arise due to customs procedures. All timescales are subject to stock availability. CollabCubed is not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions.

Our items are sold with duty unpaid for orders abroad. Additional taxes / fees may be applicable depending on location and should be researched prior to ordering.
